How far ahead do we need to order?
Ten business days is standard. Larger runs need more, and rush is sometimes possible. Holiday season books up first — plan that one early.
Can you handle our volume?
Yes. We've delivered 6,300 cookies across two dates for a single corporate client. Tell us your number and your date and we'll tell you straight whether it works.
What do you need from us?
Your logo, ideally as a vector file or transparent PNG. We'll flag anything that won't print cleanly before you pay, not after.
How do we pay?
Cards, checks, cash, ACH, purchase orders. Processing fee waived for payment not involving credit/debit.
Do they actually taste good?

Do you do anything recurring?
Yes. Frozen cookie dough and Pop Up Packs are our popular recurring offers. Whatever you're needing on a schedule, we can make it happen.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes. Gourmet cookies and custom cookie orders have a 5 dozen minimum. Frozen cookie dough, 10 dozen minimum. Personal orders below the minimum are taken as production availability permits.
Are you a certified vendor?
We are Texas HUB certified and certified as a woman-owned business through HerHeadquarters. If your company has a supplier diversity program, we likely qualify.
